Jose Daglio of Beneficio Buena Vista in Juayua, El Salvador will be out visiting us. He will be bringing the March Coffee of the Month direct from their mill! Come taste with Jose and learn about the work they do at their mill. We'll be tasting a Red Honey process. Jose will explain in detail how this coffee is fermented and answer any questions.
